Twistlock – locking swivel coupling

Twistlock is a mechanical lock used to connect and secure shipping containers during transport or storage. This mechanism is used to secure containers to prevent movement and the risk of falling during bad weather conditions.
Twistlock works on the principle of turning and locking. The mechanism includes metal hooks that rotate 90 degrees and insert into special holes on the bottom of the container or on its corners. This creates a solid connection between the containers.
