You ask, we answer

Tarpaulin halls or warehouses are buildings that are made of a very strong galvanized steel structure and covered with a durable PVC tarpaulin, which consists of up to 3 layers. Thanks to PVC tarpaulins, these halls can boast waterproofness, resistance to wind, snow accumulation and UV radiation.

In most cases, no. Temporary halls can be installed without a building permit. However, it always depends on the specific location and type of use. To be sure, do not hesitate to contact the relevant building authority.

If we have the hall in stock, delivery is approximately within 5 days. As for the installation of turnkey fabric halls, it naturally depends on the size. Small and medium-sized prefabricated halls can be easily assembled within one day, and in the case of very large halls, the installation time may extend to two to three days.

In our offer you will find small prefabricated halls, the size of which (w × d × h) starts at 6.1 × 6.1 × 3.66 m and our largest halls have dimensions of up to 21.35 × 61 × 8.54 m. However, if you need a tarpaulin hall or warehouse with a larger size than what we have in our offer, you can configure it using our configurator.

The lifespan of a prefabricated hall depends on two key elements: the supporting structure and the fabric covering itself.

The steel structure is designed to last more than 20 years without any issues, and with proper maintenance, its lifespan can be even longer.

The fabric covering has varying durability depending on the selected weight:

  • at 650 g/m² it typically lasts between 15 to 20 years,
  • at 900 g/m² it lasts approximately 20 to 25 years.

The overall lifespan of a fabric hall is also influenced by the way it is used, regular maintenance, and proper tensioning of the material.

In general, our prefabricated fabric storage halls and warehouses are able to withstand wind speeds of up to 100 km/h. As for snow load, the PVC fabric can withstand a layer of snow; however, if there is a continuous layer exceeding 10 cm, the snow must be removed. This helps prevent excessive wear of the fabric, which could shorten its lifespan.

Of course, yes. You can dismantle our tarpaulin halls and warehouses quite easily, move them to the required location and reassemble them there. The whole process is very easy and simple.

Prefabricated halls and warehouses have universal use and, thanks to their flexibility, can be adapted to various needs. They most often serve as warehouses for goods, materials or machines, they are used in industry as production or assembly spaces, in agriculture to store crops, equipment or as shelters for animals. They are also increasingly popular as riding stables or stables for horses, at cultural events, festivals and exhibitions, as sports grounds or as a temporary solution in the humanitarian and military sectors. However, you can also use a prefabricated canvas hall for personal purposes, as a garage, workshop or even a car service. Thanks to its modular construction, it is a practical solution that can find a place in every industry.

White tarpaulin lets in more daylight, making it brighter inside and preventing the prefabricated hall from overheating in the summer months. Green tarpaulin, on the other hand, is mainly used in agriculture, as it naturally blends into the rural environment and is not visually disruptive.
