Use of an arched hall 9.15 × 30 × 4.5 m
The arched hall with dimensions of 9.15 × 30 × 4,5 m is a universal solution for storing and protecting assets in agriculture and industry . Thanks to its construction, it does not require a solid foundation, so it can be built almost anywhere – on a field, gravel base, meadow or other flat surface.
The anchoring system is included in the delivery . The hall provides ideal space for storing machinery, tools, hayloft, feed or as a shelter for livestock.
The tarpaulin is made of highly durable PVC material , which is waterproof, wind, frost and hail resistant , ensuring reliable protection throughout the year.
Its robust construction combined with a favorable price – from €35/m² – makes it an exceptionally advantageous solution with an excellent price-performance ratio. This hall is the ideal solution for those looking for a fast, reliable and affordable alternative to classic buildings.
Arched hall construction
The arched hall structure is made of durable steel tubular construction , which guarantees high strength and stability of the entire structure even in demanding conditions. The main supporting arches are made of oval steel tubes with dimensions of ø 70 × 42 × 2 mm , which are designed to withstand wind and snow loads without any problems. Additional reinforcements have a diameter of ø 40 × 1.5 mm and ensure the overall reinforcement and stability of the hall.
All structural elements are galvanized , which protects them from corrosion and extends their lifespan to up to 20 years , even when used outdoors all year round.
On both end walls there are practical zip entrances measuring 3.5 × 3.5 m, which allow for convenient entry of equipment and handling of materials. The structure does not require concrete foundations and allows for easy assembly on various surfaces.
Tarpaulin and entrances
The tarpaulin hall is covered with a high-quality three-layer PVC tarpaulin , which is one of the most important elements of the entire structure. The standard tarpaulin has a weight of 900 g/m² , which represents the optimal balance between weight, strength, flexibility and price.
Why choose 900 g/m²?
The tarpaulin with a weight of 900 g/m² guarantees exceptional resistance to mechanical damage and extreme climatic conditions, while maintaining strength and a long service life of up to 30 years . Thanks to its robustness, it reliably withstands strong wind, rain, snow, frost and hail, while maintaining sufficient flexibility for easy assembly and tensioning. This weight is ideal for demanding conditions and year-round use without restrictions.
Technical specification of the tarpaulin
The tarpaulin is made up of three layers – the top and bottom are made up of a PVC layer, between which is a strong, inelastic polyester fabric. This combination ensures:
- 100% waterproof and highly watertight,
- exceptional UV stability and fade protection,
- permanent dimensional stability without deformation – the sheet does not stretch or shrink,
- high resistance to tearing – even under heavy loads,
- fire protection – reaction to fire class B,
- possibility of repair by welding in case of damage,
- resistance to strong wind, snow and harsh climatic conditions.
Entrances and front walls
The hall is closed by two fronts, each front containing a large entrance gate. The gates are zipped and have dimensions of approximately 3.5 × 3,5 meters . Their location on both sides of the hall allows for two-way access of equipment, vehicles or material. The zips are designed for repeated use, and can be rolled up and secured in the upper position for permanent open mode.
Installation of an arched hall 9.15 × 30 × 4.5 m
One of the biggest advantages of the arched hall is its simple, fast and trouble-free assembly , which can be done by practically anyone, even without professional knowledge. The hall does not require a concrete foundation , and therefore it can be built on almost any flat surface – from paved areas to grass, gravel or soil. The delivery includes an anchoring system , which allows for secure attachment to unpaved terrain and concrete according to specific conditions.
The assembly itself usually takes 1 day and is designed to be quick and efficient. Commonly available tools such as a hammer, ladder, wrench, knife and basic hand tools are sufficient . For more convenient handling when folding the arches and installing the tarpaulin , we recommend providing one lifting device , such as a forklift or front-end loader.
Together with the hall you will receive a complete assembly manual in Slovak , which will guide you step by step through the entire process. In addition, you have free technical support on the phone – our technician is ready to help with any questions during the construction.
