Product description
Technical dimensions of the fixing front
- Height: 186 cm
- Width: 108 cm
- Width with control lever: 118 cm
- Length: 130 cm
The fixation head is designed to reliably fix cattle by the neck during handling. It is a practical solution for farms that need to safely stabilize the animal without using the entire fixation cage.
It is mainly used for veterinary procedures, vaccinations, insemination, health checks or marking. The fixation is done quickly and effectively, while the animal is stabilized in a natural position without excessive pressure. A correctly adjusted forehead holds the head firmly, but at the same time allows the animal to stand and breathe naturally. This reduces stress during handling.
Solid construction and easy operation
The fixation head is made of durable steel construction, which is ready for everyday use in farm conditions. The stable frame handles the pressure of the animal and ensures reliable fixation even with larger and stronger cattle. The construction is designed to maintain strength even with intensive use .
The control lever allows for quick and smooth closing of the fixation mechanism. The operator can safely capture the animal without unnecessary delay. Simple operation saves time and reduces physical effort during work.
When is a fixed forehead a suitable choice?
A fixation forehead is an ideal solution in situations where:
- you need to restrain the animal by the neck without a complete cage
- you have a built handling corridor or enclosure
- you perform quick and repetitive tasks on a large number of animals
It is suitable as a stand-alone element in a handling zone or as part of an existing livestock handling system.
