The saddle roof tarpaulin hall with dimensions of 18.3 m × 29.28 m × 7.63 m offers a spacious and practical solution for storing materials, parking equipment or use in industrial or agricultural operations. Thanks to its robust construction and high-quality cladding, it is suitable for year-round use even in more demanding weather conditions.
The hall is designed to provide sufficient internal space for handling goods and equipment. Two entrances located on opposite sides allow smooth passage of machinery and convenient access to the hall. The gates are equipped with a manual winch , which ensures easy opening without the need for electrical power.
Durable PVC sheet with heavy weight
The hall is covered with a PVC tarpaulin with a weight of 900 g/m² , which is intended for long-term outdoor use. This material is known for its high strength, resistance to weather influences and stability at various temperatures.
The tarpaulin is constructed as a three-layer material , where the middle layer is made of a strong polyester fabric and is protected on both sides by a PVC layer. Thanks to this solution, the material is waterproof, resistant to UV radiation and at the same time retains its shape even with long-term use.
In case of mechanical damage, the tarpaulin can be repaired by welding, which prolongs its functionality. The tarpaulin's service life can reach up to 30 years . The material also meets the requirements for reaction to fire class B and reliably resists wind and snow loads.
Solid steel construction
The supporting part of the hall consists of a truss tubular steel structure , which is protected by hot-dip galvanizing . This surface treatment ensures high resistance to corrosion and significantly extends the life of the entire structure.
The structure is designed with a narrowed arc spacing of 2440 mm , which increases strength and stability under wind and snow loads. The arc tubes have a diameter of ø60 × 2.0 mm and connecting elements of ø60 × 1.5 mm . The straight side wall with a height of 3.5 m also allows for efficient use of the internal space.
