The basis of the entire structure is a steel truss tubular structure , which is protected by hot-dip galvanizing . This surface treatment creates an effective barrier against corrosion and extends the life of the structure even when exposed to weather conditions all year round.
To increase strength , the spacing of the supporting arches is only 2440 mm , which significantly contributes to better load distribution in wind and snow. The main arches are made of steel pipes Ø60 × 2.0 mm , while the connecting elements have a size of Ø60 × 1.5 mm . The straight side wall with a height of 3.5 m allows for efficient use of the internal space and easy handling of goods.
Tarpaulin with a weight of 900 g/m² – reliable protection for decades
The hall is covered with a heavy-duty 900 g/m² PVC tarpaulin , which is designed for intensive and long-term use. Its construction is three-layer – a strong polyester reinforcement is encapsulated between two layers of PVC, which ensures a combination of flexibility and strength.
The material is completely waterproof , UV-resistant and does not change its properties even with significant temperature fluctuations. The tarpaulin retains its shape, does not stretch and in case of damage it can be repaired by welding. It is designed to reliably withstand strong winds and snow loads. The expected service life can reach up to 30 years . It also has a class B fire reaction .
