Stable steel construction with corrosion protection
The supporting system of the hall consists of a truss tubular steel structure , which is hot-dip galvanized . This surface treatment significantly increases corrosion resistance and extends the life of the entire structure.
For greater strength, the structure is designed with a dense arch spacing of only 2440 mm, which achieves better stability under wind loads and with higher snow cover . The main arches are made of pipes with dimensions of Ø76 × 2.0 mm, while the connecting elements have a diameter of Ø60 × 1.5 mm. The height of the straight side wall of 3.6 m allows for efficient use of space even when handling bulky objects.
Durable 900 g/m² PVC tarpaulin with long service life
The hall is covered with a high-quality PVC tarpaulin with a weight of 900 g/m², which is one of the most durable solutions in its category . This material is constructed as a three-layer material – a strong polyester reinforcement is protected on both sides by a layer of PVC. This composition ensures high strength, water resistance and long-term dimensional stability.
The tarpaulin is resistant to UV radiation, does not crack, does not change its dimensions and reliably protects the interior of the hall from rain, snow and strong wind . In case of mechanical damage, the material can be thermally welded, which extends its functionality. The expected service life can reach up to 30 years. The material also meets the requirements for reaction to fire class B.
