Aluminium mobile scaffold tower – light, safe and quick to assemble
An aluminium mobile scaffold tower is today the standard for tradesmen and construction companies that need to work safely at height without lengthy assembly. Compared with steel scaffolding, the HACON aluminium tower weighs roughly three times less, does not rust and the individual parts click together without tools. One worker assembles it in 5 to 15 minutes and, thanks to 150 mm braked castors, moves it around the site without taking it apart.
We offer three basic types: the 70 cm folding scaffold for interiors, the 85 cm narrow mobile scaffold for facades and staircases and the 145 cm wide mobile scaffold for two workers with material. Each model can be configured in the e-shop by platform length (180 or 250 cm) and working height from 3.3 m up to 14.3 m.
As the official distributor of HACON scaffolding we guarantee original parts, a 5-year warranty and the availability of spare frames, platforms, braces and castors even after years of use.
All sets are certified to EN 1004 and EN 1298. The load capacity is 275 kg per platform and 950 kg for the whole structure, which is enough for two workers with tools and material. Telescopic stabilisers and adjustable legs allow safe erection even on uneven ground or stairs.
The scaffolding is in stock at our warehouse in Slovakia. We deliver across the EU, usually within 2–5 days. Payment is by pro-forma invoice after ordering; businesses receive a proper tax invoice.

Frequently asked questions about mobile scaffold towers
Does the mobile scaffold fit through a door?
The 70 cm folding scaffold fits through standard interior doors when folded. The 85 cm model fits through wider doors; the 145 cm model needs to be partly dismantled.
Which platform length to choose – 180 or 250 cm?
180 cm is enough for most work. We recommend 250 cm if two people work on the platform or you need more room for material.
Can one person assemble the scaffold?
Yes. The parts click together without tools; one worker assembles a set up to 6 m in 5–15 minutes. For taller sets we recommend two people.
What is the load capacity of HACON scaffolding?
275 kg per platform, 950 kg for the whole structure (load class 3 to EN 1004).
How much is delivery and when will I receive the scaffold?
We confirm the delivery price with your order; we usually deliver within 2–5 days. Collection in person is possible at our warehouse in Slovakia by prior arrangement.
Do you also sell individual parts?
Yes – frames, platforms, braces, stabilisers, castors and small parts are in the Scaffold parts category. All are compatible with HACON scaffolding.
